Leaders, activists hail "landmark" UN arms treaty 
The United Nations General Assembly's passage of the international arms trade treaty on Tuesday is being hailed as "a landmark agreement that will save lives and ease the immense human suffering caused by armed conflict around the world," says British Prime Minister David Cameron.
